We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect orders, or if you simply no longer want the product. Refunds or replacements are only available if there is an issue caused by us, such as receiving the wrong item, receiving a damaged or defective product, or an order being lost during delivery. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at pawatlasstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the problem so we can review and provide the appropriate solution.
